INNA Sweden has acquired all shares in Avanti Partners. With the acquisition, INNA adds letting and tenant advisory to its own offering – a step in the move from property manager to full-service property advisor in the Nordics.
Property owners buy value growth, higher direct yield, satisfied tenants and a sustainable environment – and they want a partner who can handle the entire chain. Avanti’s service offering in letting and tenant advisory provides the links that have so far been missing in INNA’s Swedish offering. Completion takes place today, 1 September 2026.
Avanti continues as a separate company in its current structure, with the same team and the same focus on long-term relationships and future growth. Nina de Besche continues to lead the business as CEO.
The acquisition is part of INNA’s growth strategy, which is about both broadening the offering within letting, advisory and residential management and growing through acquisitions in the Nordics.
