INNA already provides residential property management in Sweden, but is now establishing a dedicated business area to grow within the segment. The ambition is clear: to reach the same strong position as in the rest of the Nordics, where INNA is the market leader in Finland and one of the largest operators in Denmark.
On 1 September 2026, Jesper Lundberg will take on the role as Head of INNA’s new Residential business area, with responsibility for building, developing and leading the initiative. The move is part of INNA’s commitment to offering property owners more services under one roof.
– INNA has an exciting journey ahead in the residential segment. I was drawn to the opportunity to be part of it from the start and build a business area with high ambitions. Together with the organisation, I look forward to developing a competitive offering that creates real value for our customers, says Jesper Lundberg.
Jesper joins from Victoriahem, where he served as Area Manager with full business and P&L responsibility for a portfolio of approximately 2,200 residential units and commercial premises. He brings more than 15 years of experience in developing property management businesses and creating long-term value in residential portfolios.
