INNA’s technical management is based on a detailed maintenance plan that we develop together with you and our property technicians. The plan is updated regularly to capture changes in the property and support your budgeting.
Through our management division, we handle building work that may be needed following, for example, break-ins or moisture damage. We take full responsibility for renovations and tenant adaptations ahead of a new tenant moving in.
