We see your property the way you do: as a complete investment. Few things affect that investment more than who the tenants are and on what terms. That is why leasing belongs together with property management.

We lease commercial premises on behalf of property owners: individual vacancies and larger leasing projects, in existing buildings and in new developments. We plan the assignment together with you, and it always starts from the property’s conditions and your goals.

From strategy to signed lease

In larger projects we come in early and work with architects and consultants, so that the premises and the concept suit the tenants you want to attract.

We carry out the target group analysis, set the leasing strategy and produce the marketing material.

3. The right tenants
We identify prospective tenants, run the viewings and lead the dialogue with them.

4. Negotiation and lease
We negotiate the terms all the way to a signed lease.

When premises need to be let quickly

When premises need to be let quickly, we work with a focused approach. We are in daily contact with market players, which gives us an up-to-date picture of rent levels, demand and trends. We share that picture with you, so that decisions on rent and terms are made on the same basis.

We identify needs before they turn into vacancies

It is often the property manager or the property technician who first notices when a tenant is running out of space, when premises are underused or when a lease is nearing its end date. With leasing in the same organisation, those signals are acted on in time, before they turn into a vacancy.

It works the other way too. Whoever leases the premises knows what the property can handle, what it costs to run and which adaptations are reasonable. That makes for leases that hold up long after the tenant has moved in.
