Asset management and commercial property management
INNA’s asset management covers corporate management and commercial property management. This means INNA takes full responsibility by stepping into roles such as CEO, property director and management director, working together with you to identify, acquire, develop and manage your property portfolio – with your goals as our compass.
Financial management
INNA handles the entire financial management chain – from contract registration, rent invoicing, reminders and debt collection, electronic invoice processing, ongoing accounting, year-end accounts and annual reports, to budgeting, analysis and follow-up for smaller companies as well as consolidation for larger groups.
When needed, we take on complete corporate responsibility, including the roles of CEO and CFO. Today, we are responsible for the corporate management of one listed company.
Property operations
INNA’s property technicians carry out inspection, maintenance and upkeep across your properties. We work preventively and proactively – using energy optimization, fire safety (SBA) inspections and ongoing operational data as the basis for continuous improvement. We handle fault reports and provide reporting on fault statistics across your properties.
Environment & sustainability
Successful sustainability work requires contracts, management, operations and finance to work together.
Together with you, we continuously look for opportunities to improve and reduce environmental impact – from energy optimization and recycling to green leases and environmental certification.
We follow developments in environmental issues and work towards a sustainable future for the property industry as a whole.

INNA’s technical management maintains and develops the value of your properties. In close dialogue with operations, we ensure that ongoing work runs smoothly, that regulatory requirements are met, that inspections are carried out on time, and that tenants always receive prompt assistance.
