Retta Group and Cobblestone Property Management announce today that the two companies are merging to form INNA – a new Nordic property management group with operations in Finland, Sweden and Denmark.
Retta Group is one of the leading property managers in Finland and Sweden, and Cobblestone Property Management is a well-established property management company in Denmark. Both companies serve institutional as well as private real estate investors. Together they have a combined turnover of approximately EUR 77 million and employ 800 property professionals across 19 locations in Finland, Sweden and Denmark.
“With this merger, we aim to build the leading and most integrated property management platform in the Nordics,” says Kari Virta, CEO of Retta Group.
“Our analysis shows that both international and domestic clients in the Nordics need a strong partner that delivers consistent, client-focused premium service across every market. They expect a uniform service offering and, in particular, the ability to develop data-driven services. The merger will give us greater development resources, and both our organisations and our clients will benefit from shared expertise and best practices,” Kari Virta continues.

The new name – INNA
The group’s new name will be INNA. The brand will be rolled out in all three countries during the spring.
INNA’s management team will consist of Group CEO Kari Virta together with Country Managers Minna Toiviainen (Finland), Cecilia Nilsson (Sweden) and Ashkan Ahmadinia (Denmark). The group’s majority owner is the private equity firm Adelis.
INNA’s Board of Directors brings together substantial experience, knowledge and vision in both Nordic property management and business strategy: Magnus Meyer (Chair), Patrik Attemark, Rasmus Juul-Nyholm, Rasmus Molander and John-Matias Uuttana.
