Nrep Property investor Nrep is changing its property management partners for its Swedish portfolio. Through new partnerships with INNA and Newsec, Nrep strengthens its focus on quality, customer experience and long-term value creation – in close collaboration with its own local management team.
With two new main partners in property management, Nrep establishes a more scalable and specialised structure that better meets the needs of a growing portfolio. Both agreements are framework agreements that enable future expansion across all business areas.
The partnerships begin on 1 September 2025 and cover a total of 121 properties with a combined area of over 1.9 million sqm. INNA will manage 83 residential and commercial properties (0.6 million sqm), while Newsec will manage the Logicenters portfolio of 38 properties (1.3 million sqm).
– We have taken time to evaluate how we can strengthen and future-proof the management of our properties. It is important to us that we have partners who support our vision of driving real change in the property sector with better and more sustainable properties. We see Newsec and INNA as the right partners for this. They have clearly demonstrated how they can contribute to positive portfolio development – through quality of service delivery, digital solutions, tenant experience and energy optimisation, says Carl-Adam von Schéele, Country Head Sweden at Nrep.
INNA currently manages a portfolio of Nrep’s Swedish care properties and part of its Finnish residential portfolio. INNA brings a structure and quality that complements Nrep’s own vision.
– It feels incredibly exciting to take the next step in our partnership with Nrep. Our shared journey has already been characterised by strong commitment, personal service and a deep understanding of Nrep’s needs – which has been central to our collaboration in both Sweden and Finland. By now broadening our partnership, I see great opportunities to create even greater business value across more of Nrep’s portfolio and to contribute to a high-quality experience for their tenants, says Cecilia Nilsson, CEO Sweden at INNA.
Newsec and Nrep have an established collaboration in Denmark, Finland and Norway. The new agreement extends the partnership to Sweden for the Logicenters portfolio.
– We are pleased to begin this strategic partnership with Nrep in Sweden. Our collaboration is built on a strong foundation of shared values and a focus on long-term value creation. We look forward to delivering high-quality management of Nrep’s logistics portfolio. This partnership strengthens our position as a leading actor in property management and gives us a unique opportunity to grow together with Nrep, says Jimmy Dahlgren, acting Managing Director, Newsec Property Asset Management Sweden.
The change in partnership means the current agreement with Fastighetsägarna Service will not be renewed.
– We have had a good and constructive collaboration with Fastighetsägarna Service since 2021. During that period our portfolio has more than doubled and become more complex, creating new needs. We have therefore explored what options are available on the market to best support the next phase in our development, says Carl-Adam von Schéele.
